It is COMPULSORY to bring a head torch/flashlight, enclosed footwear that’s suitable for hiking the distance, weather proof jacket, snacks, minimum 2L of water and a mobile device.

- Participation in Trek4Vets #Midnight2Dawn Trek
- Event Insurance
- Event T-Shirt for tickets purchased before 31st March 2024
Some participants will decide to challenge themselves further by trekking with weighted packs and vests, webbing and/or carry torsion bars. We strongly encourage you to read our "Fitness Considerations" section to gain insight if this is an appropriate decision for yourself.
Trek4Vets advise all participants not to drive post the trek and to arrange alternative transport home.

- Upon finishing, participants will have approximately 30 minutes to resupply clothing, nutrition, hydration and go to the toilet before the commencement of the Dawn Service.
